Mock Trial Team |
Ms. Shelley |
Mock Trial is a teacher-sponsored, student-led team of students who are interested in law or in improving debate skills. Students compete against schools from Harford and Baltimore Counties in pre-scheduled trials located in district and circuit courts. Individuals are scored by professional trial attorneys and judges. Student leadership includes the senior members of the team who have demonstrated successful skills in the courtroom and in practice sessions. |
2-3 times per week after school for 90-150 min. Virtual sessions will be held for the 2020-2021 school year. An attorney coach is also assigned to the team and will attend practices when available. |
